Process Logic 

Three types of color masterbatches are separately melted and plasticized by extruders, then precisely compounded at the moment of spinning through the special runner design of the spinneret, forming a structure of "three colors coexisting within a single filament". 

Color Effect

The proportion and distribution mode of the three colors can be adjusted according to requirements to achieve various visual effects such as gradient, color blending, stripes, and spots, with uniform and stable color and no chromatic aberration.
