1.Definition of Polypropylene Shaped Fibers 

Polypropylene shaped filament refers to the differentiated fibers that make polypropylene (PP) fibers with non-round cross-section or special microstructure through special spinning process. Its core feature is to give the fiber physical and chemical properties beyond the regular round polypropylene through the change of geometry.

2. Classification of shaped filaments 

According to the cross-section shape and structure, polypropylene shaped filaments are mainly divided into the following categories:

Multi-leaf shape (such as trilobal, cross-shaped, five-leaf shape)

Flat shape (band or rectangular cross-section)

Hollow shaped (such as hollow cross-shaped, hollow porous)
