What are semi dull and full dull yarns?

Semi Dull:
Compared with partially oriented bright yarn, partially oriented bright yarn has lower gloss, which is used to produce semi-dull polyester texturized yarn. Semi-passivated partially oriented yarn has better strength and durability. The end use of semi-blunt directional yarns is for weaving and embroidery work in the garment and garment industry. These semi-dark yarns are available in a variety of deniers and filaments.

Full Dull:
Full dull yarns are manufactured from raw materials that have been chemically and/or physically modified to reduce their normal luster. The characteristics of all dark yarn are: high toughness, strength, appearance like cotton fiber. These yarns have good drape, soft visual effect and strong covering force. All dark yarn is widely used in the production of clothing, home textiles and so on.
