High-tenacity polypropylene yarn (referred to as high-tenacity PP yarn) is a synthetic fiber optimized through special spinning processes (such as melt-spinning stretching strengthening technology). Based on polypropylene (PP) polymerized from propylene monomers, it undergoes molecular chain orientation adjustment and crystallinity enhancement treatment to form a functional yarn with both high strength and lightweight characteristics. With a base density of only 0.91g/cm³, it is one of the lowest-density types among existing synthetic fibers, providing core support for the lightweight design of end products.
